With respect to the architecture of the area, fully harmonized with the tradition of the Cretan inland, in an area of ​​500sqm, you will find Querini Traditional Villa. Surrounded by a multitude of carefully designed outdoor areas, the 150sqm recently renovated, stone-built villa satisfies every visitor’s needs for relaxation, privacy and tranquility.

The villa is divided in two levels. The first level comprises two double bed bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and a room used as a recreational area (with the possibility of accommodating two more persons). The second level comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room as well as two bathrooms.

Querini Traditional Villa is designed to host families, couples or a group of friends, no more than 8 people.

Terms & Services

Once you have settled in, we will be on hand to share with you information about shops, restaurants, museums, gorges, beaches, local feasts, or anything else you may need.
On arrival you will find a complimentary basic pack with feta cheese, vegetables, sugar, spices, fruit, mineral water, milk, orange juice, crisps, biscuits and cooking olive oil.
If you would like to create your own pack with added items, please contact us with your requirements and we will provide you with a price.

Our maid will be cleaning the villa on arrival day and midweek, for those staying for 7 nights. For longer stays, cleaning is offered twice weekly.
Cleaning hours 11:00 to 15:00. (flexible about your preferred time to be discussed with us)
Fresh bed sheets and towels are provided by the maid twice per week
We take extra care to keep the pool water at the correct PH levels and ensure that it is crystal clear and safe to use. (regularly maintained by professional)

Rates are in Euro, per week
Bedding capacity : 6 persons – up to 2 additional guests can be accepted using sofa beds in playroom
Minimum stay : 7 nights – shorter stays on request
Rates include maid service and linen change twice weekly, electricity, water, air-condition, full maintenance service and all taxes and VAT.
Check-in: 15.00pm
Check-out: 12.00am
Early check-in or late check-out upon request and subject to availability!
30% deposit is required upon confirmation
Balance to be paid upon to arrival in cash in euros
The deposit can be paid either through PayPal account or via Credit Card or with Bank Transfer

“Amazing, secluded peaceful villa”

We could not have wished for a better holiday. Manolis and his mother totally looked after us. From everything you need in a villa, which was immaculate to his mother baking several treats, we felt thoroughly spoilt! It was difficult to leave the sleepy little mountain village which is only 5-10 minutes from the nearest small town with plenty of choice of restaurants and small mini markets and lots of friendly people. It’s also in a good spot for further sightseeing around the island. I have no hesitation in recommending Querini Villas.

“Super Urlaub – rundum perfekt”

Die Villa ist der absolute Hammer, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und vielleicht sogar noch besser! Auch Manolis, der Gastgeber ist wunderbar! Er war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir ein komplettes “Grundversorgungspaket” in der Villa. Alles war tip top sauber! Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier herkommen. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen – auch aufgrund der super Lage zwischen Rethymnon, Chania und Kournas. Auf jeden Fall braucht man aber einen Mietwagen und am besten auch ein Navi – wir hätten sonst nicht nach Alikampos gefunden ;P PS: Anfragen werden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet, was ja auch nicht immer der Fall ist…

“The perfect holiday!”

What a lovely place! We stayed at Querini villas few weeks ago (my wife , our two children and I). The facilities are very well designed and of sound quality materials. We (especially the kids) loved the pool! They had everything we need, and even if we needed anything extra than the description, Manolis (our contact person) was always willing to help. The location is beautiful, offering a nice view to the area and only 10 minutes drive from the nearest beach! The people always willing to help. Thank you Manolis, we will visit again soon!
